We have lived here for 4 years and love it. Any issue is taken care of promptly, management and maintenance are so nice and very helpful. Facilities are great as well. LOVE it!

Maintenance calls at least once a month for broken AC, refrigerator not working, toilet not flushing, etc.
Not being able to walk 10 steps without stepping in dog poop
