Lived here for 3 years it started out very well and when management changed it got bad. Nasty, unkept, and just unpleasant and a lot of illegal aliens. Wouldn't recommend.
This apartment complex is responsive and quick to any complaint. As long as you pay your rent on time I can't see you having an issue with this residence. Don't be a hood rat and you will get along fine here. BTW in response to the comets about police officers always lurking in the parking lots watching things. I can't see why that is an issue. I've never see a single cop in the parking lot, if you are bothered by the police activities check yourself. Over all good experience. Nothing to conplain about.
Either way I would never ever recommend these apartments to anyone. Like I said they do not care about your needs at all, yet we pay them to live there. The least they could do is fix the air when its broken, fix the dishwasher when it doesn't work. I mean after all isn't this what you have a maintenance crew for?? The carpet is awful, the bathrooms are horrible and moldy, the cops are constantly driving around or sitting in the parking lot watching things. Horrible experience, and as soon as our lease is up we are gone.
I looked all around kokomo and these and Winding Brook were the two nicest I found. They also had the best prices.

This place is awful. The worst "customer service" ever. We have lived in these apartment since October of 2014 and in May of 2015 we moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. Since the day we moved in we have had air conditioner problems. Sometimes the air works and sometimes it does not. For about the past month it has just stopped working. Meaning when we come home from work around 6pm every night it is roughly 78-82 degrees in our apartment. Which is ridiculous. I have made several maintenance requests online and over the phone with the office. Every time they tell me they are going to come look at it, they will be over to fix it, then nothing ever happens. The apartment never cools off even with windows open and fans blowing constantly, it does not change the temperature in the apartment at all. We have purchased our own air filters and changed them several times to try and fix it, but that never works either. I have now got the corporate office in Indianapolis involved, so we will see where this goes.
THEE WORST PLACE! Ghetto Ghetto Ghetto...High prices with low standards... Dishwasher didnt work fridge was old and loud causing high electric bills..A/C does not work..called the cops many many many times because of drug activity and my new car was broken into 2 TIMES!!!!!!! nothing was ever done to protect us!!!! WATER BILL IS SPLIT BETWEEN 6 DIFFERENT apartments and for public pool causing water bill to be 80$ for ONE person!!!!!!! worst customer service EVER!!
WOW i cant believe reading all of these negative responses. Maybe they switched management. The office girls are always very nice and polite. Maintenance seems to really know what they are doing. My requests get completed quickly, and I have no complaints.
