Efficient and friendly, pleased with the service, though they missed an item on my list and i did not see until they were gone☺
We hired C&C Cleaning for an initial deep clean before going forward with additional regular services. The deep clean was a horrible experience with inexperienced, unprofessional & they simply lacked in the basics of cleaning 101. After notifying the company they offered to return to fix the 15 key points I explained were not completed. Examples being base boards missed, head board dusted halfway, exhaust fans not even being touched! The second trip had improvement but honestly if I still have dirt on my kitchen floor after they just mopped then why should I continue their services? There is a major disconnect between office staff & the employees cleaning. If you would like to waste your money, time & are up for frustration then this is the company for you.
I hired this Kokomo company to deep clean my elderly mother's house. It's an old home and she just wasn't able to keep it up. The owner and the girls who cleaned have been fantastic! My mom was embarrassed and ashamed but after the initial deep clean, she couldn't stop raving about this company and the girls that cleaned her home. They also helped her sort and organize. She said her house just shines. By the end of the deep clean, she was hugging the girls as they left. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company.
C & C IS AWESOME. When other services were booked way out, and we needed the house cleaned to quickly put it on the market, they juggled their schedules to take care of us. They did an excellent job cleaning from top to bottom and got the job done. I highly recommend them!!!
