My daughter lived here for one year & was miserable. The manager is extremely disorganized & often times is completely unaware of her just what her duties are.
Close to uni, expensive rent, clean rooms but a bit small. They have a volleyball field which is cool
Good location. Opposite to IUK and very close to the Kroger. Parking and laundry are very convenient. The apartment is not as new as it looks from outside. And I didn't get my curtain mounted until two weeks after move-in.

Haven't moved in yet but the service has been exceptional and the apartments are very nice and new too. The only thing is the common area is small but that's expected with an apartment. Great for IUK students because the campus is right across the street. Great place for a first apartment.
