The apartment hallways always sme like marijuana, not to mention the property is poorly maintained. If you drive through in a car, you'll come out with your wheels on their side because of how bad the roads are, and the apartments are no where near the quality they should be for the price.

I really enjoy living here. Kayla and the other ladies at the office are all very helpful and the maintenance guys are nice. The monthly rent is fair, especially for the quality of the apartments offered, and when our original lease was up, they offered to extend it for the same monthly price, unlike other places that will raise your rent immediately after your lease is up. The pet price is fair, too. I'm definitely living here for the long run, and I have been recommending it to all of my friends.

Got the run around when first moving in. Staff didn't know what unit I was going into, then my move in date was moved twice. When I did get into a unit it looked nothing like what I had been shown originally. Originally I was shown a unit with new flooring both carpet and wood floors. I had a deadline to be into my new place. When handed the keys all seemed to be rather okay. I didn't have what I was shown but it didn't look terrible. Upon closer inspection our carpet has several deep stains I can't get out at all in the living room. The cheap lenoleum flooring in my unit is ripped and torn from previous tenants. The unit was just not up to par. I seen another unit the other day with newer carpet and hardwood floors and couldn't help but be irritated. It is no surprise that there are so many vacant units here because management has no quality and does not hold their end of the bargain. I think I pay too much for the nasty unit I have to live in ($700) and nothing is included in that. I'll be happy to move out soon. This has been a bad chapter for the books. I do not recommend this apartment complex.

There is a girl, not a lady because adults wouldn't act this way, (we will say her name is Lola) who deals with a lot of the office calls and management and is hands down one of the most unhelpful, disrespectful, and self concerned people I've been in contact with. I have had to deal with her a few times on behalf of my girlfriend and if the issue doesn't get her noticed or immediately keep a tenant, Lola will ignore it until about the 8 or 9th time. I also had to contact Lola about not calling the personal cellphone on file about apartments because during the last month of the lease, she called daily asking for us to leave so they could hurry and get others in, even though we had already paid for the month.

I made contact with Bradford run about 3 months ago about a 3 bedroom everything was fine a couple of times someone from the office called me about specials going so i ask the lady what all u need and I told her what I had and everything was fine she told me to come in finally went to apply and the lady with the short cut hair is very rude and yes I am going to say I dont think she likes black people at all she was very rude and on my way exiting because of her rudeness she told me it would have been nice knowing you so i called to speak with her boss of course she answered the phone and that was a month ago so I take it that I'm message never made it which is fine I still found a apartment will never block my blessings

Very dissatisfied with this apartment complex. The only perk is one maintenance man, who was very caring and took care of a repeated issue and was quiet because I had a newborn. All other experiences have been awful. First, when I signed my lease, I was told that we can get renters insurance through the apartment complex and it covers us and the apartments. So I did that. About 8 months later, I walked in the office to pick up a package and overheard them telling a current tenant that the renter's insurance through them covers the apartment only! It would have been nice to know, and I would have gotten insurance through my own company. Throughout the time I've lived at Bradford Run, I had someone try to steal my car, and I've had my tires slashed. I am not faulting the apartment complex for these incidences, but when I reported them, I reported them specifically in case it became a trend for other tenants. They acted like they cared, but I overheard them smirk when I left the room. Lastly, they told us that they were very strict on having two vehicles per apartment. We have always followed this rule. I share a parking lot with 2 buildings. I have seen many times, one apartment take up 4 spaces. There are at least 3 spaces with cars that have had a flat tire and they are just sitting in a spot, for months. Other people take up additional spaces with their motorcycles when it's warm out, and people use our parking lot to be closer to the pool. Needless to say, many times, there are no open spaces by the time we arrive home. We've seen people park on the curb by the dumpster for MONTHS before we tried it. We definitely don't prefer it, but there has not been a single spot open for days, so we parked there for one night. We received a phone call stating if it was not moved in the next hour, it will be towed. Coming from an hour away at the time, this was ridiculous. We explained to the complex over the phone why this happened, and she said it didn't matter. I've tried to bite my tongue throughout my lease, but this was icing on the cake. It definitely doesn't help that I see that people have posted on here since I've lived here, about the outrageous utility bills that no one can explain to you. We have experienced outrageous differences in bills here. It's almost pointless to bring it up to the staff because they won't do anything about it. Of all the issues I've had, all answers will come down to the fact that you are stuck in a lease and if they don't do anything about it, sorry for your luck. Don't let the amount of 5 stars fool you. Many of them are property managers, or their spouse, or their friends.
