DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! THE PLACE IS TRASH. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT GETTING YOUR RENT ON TIME. IN THE 8 YEARS I LIVED THERE MY HOUSE HAS BEEN FULL OF MOLD, BUGS, NOT UPDATED MY APARTMENT WAS NEVER UPDATED. I HAVE HAD MY PATIO DOORS LEAKING FOR 3 YEARS AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO OPEN THEM FOR OVER A YEAR. THE WINDOWS ARE OLD THEY LEAK AIR SO BAD. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS MORE CONCERNED WITH HER LAWN BOY AND LAWN THEN ANYTHING ELSE. THEY DON'T MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AND THE LADY WHO IS IN CHARGE IS WORTHLESS. ALL SHE IS WORRIED ABOUT HIS MAKING SURE HER APARTMENT AND OFFICE IS MAINTAINED. WE HAVE HAD OUR PROPERTY STOLEN, OUR CARS MESSED WITH AMD OUT KIDS BIKES STOLEN. IF YOU LIVE HERE I WOULD JUST BE READY TO BE RIGHT BACK OUT. THE PLACE IS A DUMP
Love it here. I just read a bad review about Vinton Woods. I do not agree at all. I've been here for almost 9yrs. I have had no problems with any work that might need to be done. For one thing, things do get old and have to be replaced. We have new storm Windows 3 or 4 yrs ago, new storm door. A new furnace a year ago, sliding glass door this year. They are not here to make everything brand new. For what the rent is the utilities, I couldn't find a better place for my family. When the weather is bad they make sure everyone is ok and if you need anything. Like I said love it here. Oh!! One more thing, mind your own business when it comes to who is seeing who.
I've lived here for several months now. I've had no issues at all and it's a nice place to live. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live! A+
