I have lived at Turtle Creek Kokomo two different times in my lifetime. Once in 1998 and again from 2008-2010. The management company has been the same both times I lived there. The property manager was different the 2nd time and I believe he is still there. He always treated me with respect and very professionally. As I read some of these reviews, I have to laugh to myself and wonder how much of their problems were brought on by themselves. I am not sure which is worse their far fetched problems or their poor spelling. My apartments both times I stayed with Turtle Creek were a good value for the price. Maintenance was quick to respond to any issues I had and my neighbors were always very friendly.
A good place to live, close walking distance to the hospital, doctors offices, restaurants, banks, public transportation. Good friendly staff, great community to live in!
Management sucks. I have lived here for almost 2 and a half years. It sucks plain out sucks. Management is really noisy and all into ur business every detail. He could tell me the names of everyone who came to mmy apt what time they got there and what time they left not cool at all and then he tried to tell me noone is aloud in my apt if I'm not here I pay the rent and its my apt and that's for me to deside I highly don't reccomend

As I sit here to rate this place, my husband asked if there was a half star rating, because it's just that awful. Nothing in our apartment ever worked, even after we requested maintenance work to be done. The manager is beyond terrible, even trying to raise our rent mid-lease (and becoming really nasty when I pulled out my lease and pointed out what my husband and I SHOULD be paying) he's also stolen rent money, saying we only gave him X amount when we know we gave the correct amount. He charges a fortune and a half for the poorly maintained and small apartments offered (for $90 more each month we were able to rent out a 3 bedroom home). And if you have a problem with a neighbor, forget it. We pretty much had a criminal living below us who threatened us and other neighbors (the police were even called out) and he was still allowed to be there. Our neighbors (other than the one i just mentioned) were fantastic, and we will deeply miss them, but if you're even considering this dump, don't turn away....RUN!
