let me start off with both 5 star reviews are paid for from the company. This place is run down and trash. i moved in and the place was dirty. i was told fresh carpet was put in that was a lie right to my face. I had worked for a flooring specialist for 2 year all they did was stretched the carpet to make it look newer. On top of all the lies n it being dirty day 1 check list i had over 15 repairs needed right off the back from front down knob sticking closed to the point i risked being trapped in the apartment. 6 months later they fix it. after 7 months half of the repairs where done. laundry room is nasty looks like some with diarrhea took a dump in the washers and the driers yea have fun running them 5 times to get anything dry. office staff is rude once they have you moved in. I had switch jobs midway thru my lease n i lost 50 cents a hour off my income. they filed to kick me out and won because they said i didn't meet the income to love there yet my rent was on time and sometimes a week before the first of the upcoming month and the main reason i give them a 1 star is because after a heavy rain the roof leaked and ran down the back corner of my living room wall piling the paint off and under that paint was black mold. if you want to get ripped off and have your life at risk go a head and live here. P.S second floor apartments have no fire exit so if a fire starts out in the hall all people on the second floor have to jump or die.
Good place to live except for the gym
Great place to live, apartments are nice, appliances are a little older but nothing worth complaining about. Gym is nice, laundry room is pay to use, but reasonable. Pool is great and area is nice and quiet, I'd highly recommend this complex if you are looking for an apartment that isn't a subsidized community.
Staff is trash, decks are trash, appliances are trash. In more detail the staff helps you with nothing, they have a hard time keeping maintenance workers I'm sure because of the lack of management. They never answer the phone and when you call them about your fridge not working when you just spent 250 on groceries there was no alertness she didn't care. The payment method is terrible I payed my part online and it said unable to process twice the third time it worked, and charged me for all three times at once so now I'm negative in my account the lady I need to talk to is vacationing in Canada and I'm having hell of a time.
