Never had to wait more than 10 min. Really fast and efficient. Thanks to Jeff. Good selection of car, clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it. Gold membership has it's own perks; quick process, pick up & drop off, membership points that will get you free rentals in the future.
Worst location staff and services ever. Never get my car on time and they don't adjust the return time if check in time was delayed because of their mistake. Tepresentative is very rude and disrrspectful and is a shame for Hertz. I am not going to rent from these guys next time. They will charge you more than quoted when returning the car no commitment nothing... you don't want to listen and would like to go and try yourself, go but make sure you out your review here. !!!
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Only chose them because that is who our insurance company has a contract with. Car was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had tape all over it. Some of the staff are very rude on the phone and in person. Price was miscommunicated. Would NEVER rent from them again. We'll take our business elsewhere.
We called 5 days ahead of time to see what was available. Was told that they would give us a Honda Civic as that was the only one that had cruise control. We were renting the vehicle for 8 days and that made us rent the vehicle at a slightly higher rate than a one week rental rate. We were told if we returned the car a day early we would get back $45. as everything was charged prior to accepting the car. We did return the car a day early, they did not give us back any money, they charged us the same amount of money that was quoted to us for the 8 days. At the point of return, when we were suppose to get back the $45, that we were promised for returning the car a day early, the workers stated no money would be returned as the amount of money charged was only for the weekly rate. (That's funny as the amount we were charged was the same amount that we were told we would have paid if we kept the car for 8 days.) After making all the arrangements via the telephone, we asked the woman if she would like us to come down, ahead of time, to make out all the paperwork. The woman assured us this was not necessary as she had it all written up from the phone conversation and the car would be waiting for us when we got there (Honda Civic). Upon arrival, the woman asked if she could help us. When she found out who we were she gave us over to her co-worker as she now had to leave and go elsewhere. We found out that none of the paperwork had been done, had to wait for the processing of all of that to be completed. We also found out that the car we were promised was not available. (They don't even rent Honda's. It was the woman who brought up a Honda Civic into the conversation in the first place. Why in the world would she offer something that was not available by their company?) However, to give full disclosure, they said they were giving us an upgrade, they gave us a Nissan Altima. Why did the woman not fill out the paperwork, ahead of time, so we did not have to wait for over an hour for the processing? This lost us valuable driving time. We wanted to go in there, get the car and leave. Why else would you call ahead and make all of the arrangements? Needless to say, this was an extremely bad experience. We were overcharged and lied to. Their four star rating is very inaccurate, it is much higher than it should be.
No cons about the place. Quintin is a cool guy and is very helpful.
