I requested a standard and when I got there which was a little late for my pick up they told me that I could wait a half hour for an upgrade cause they realized it needed an oil change. I ended up getting a Compact car instead ( which did not drive well). I got a very minor discount for the car down grade. I had over 7 hour drive which is why I originally upgraded for a Standard. The trip was less enjoyable because with the change of the car. I feel like they could have done more to make it better. I had to get on the road and take a down grade. They also took out the Sirius radio out of the car and you now have to pay $6 a day what a rip off!
