What can I say? This place is a joke the owner just tried to fight me! I will never do any business with this place again. They over charge your credit card and refuse to give it back. Stay away!!
Luckily Noblesville had a truck available but they didnt give us the dolly we requested and tried to charge us for it.
Worst business experience ever!!!! I made my reservation months in advance in person at the Kokomo, IN location. Called two days before to verify my reservation. Arrived at pick up time to be told I was not getting a car. I could get one in a couple of days if I still wanted one. Thanks for screwing up my vacation. I used your business a couple of times a year for numerous past years. I will never use you again. My reservation confirmation number was 15131472US6.
This place and the entire Budget company is terrible. I waited nearly 3 hours to pick up my truck rental that I reserved over a month in advance. They did not give me the truck I reserved, and when I requested compensation in return for the inconveniences, I not only got the run around from the manager for 10 days before finally being offered something, I was then offered $50 (for a nearly $1,000 rental)! I will never use this company again. Save your time and your money and rent from U-haul!
Had a reservation for 8am, received a call at 8 saying they would not have any cars until 9-9:30. Arrived at 9:15, waited until 9:45. Doors locked, no cars there. I had prepaid my reservation, takes forever to get refund. They lost a long time customer.
Horrible too rented a 12' truck to move the day t pick up we called to verify pick up cause we drive pass previous and didnt see a 12' truck. the rep said they were going to offer us the 26' truck. Like who does that. they didn't call and let us know they didnt have it. Who wants a bigger truck by more than double.
