Will never use the Hertz in Kokomo again!! Rented a car for 9 days. They told me it was going to be 240$ , I said ok fine. Get home and 440$ was put on hold/taken off, my card. They failed to tell me about the 200$ deposit! So ok, I called them and everything was fine, I was told I would get it back when I return the car. Got back from trip and returned the car 9 days later. Waiting on my deposit to hit back on my card everyday . Keep checking for days and days. Never shows up! So I get low on cash on my card and keep in mind this is 3 weeks later after returning the rental. I check my account and they JUST NOW decide to take 240$ off my card! After they supposedly already had taken it (the money was missing so they had to of) so now they made my account overdraft because they decided to randomly 3 weeks later take out the rental car total, and also took it out twice in top of that! So now I’ve been charged 440$ plus an additional 240$ and a 28$ fee for overdrafting my account! Never again! It should be simple! I rent a car, u take out what I owe right then and there, period!! So infuriating

Never had to wait more than 10 min. Really fast and efficient. Thanks to Jeff. Good selection of car, clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it. Gold membership has it's own perks; quick process, pick up & drop off, membership points that will get you free rentals in the future.
