My 89 year old mother has been lucky enough to be with Southerncare for a number of months now. Their capabilities are awesome and their staff is incredibly caring and professional. They treat my mother like family, which is about as strong a compliment that I can think of. The caregiver who works with Mom daily is superb and Mom loves her. She is able to both entertain and motivate Mom so positively. The nursing staff is excellent and very responsive. They are able to respond to any and all health emergencies promptly at all hours as needed. They have made the care of my mother so much easier and better for me and for Mom. While I have not had experience with other hospices, and I am sure there are other very good ones, I would not expect any of them to be any better than SouthernCare.
