Everyone was friendly and Dr. Cassidy was amazing however I'm only giving three stars because I was sent the wrong pair of glasses which took forever to come in the first place, and then I have to go out of the way to send those back and wait double the time to get new ones which is disappointing. I understand mistakes happen but I have needed these glasses because my other ones are broken so it's a little frustrating especially after spending hundreds of dollars.

I’ve always had great service here with both of my daughters getting glasses but now that we went for contact lenses it was awful. No one explained a time frame process or how it worked. I was told to have my daughter try on trial pairs and bring the box back of the ones she liked (wasn’t told she’d have to do an eye test or be seen. I’ve never had contacts and neither have my kids so I didnt know how it worked) so waisted time going back to order and not having my daughter, then when they did seem her and they said to up the script and have new trials again but then they marked them backwards so she failed the next follow up as well since we didn’t notice they marked them wrong til after they ordered stronger ones that were tooo strong now. Then when we explained this they said they’d order the correct ones and they didn’t, they still ordered the ones that were to strong. So when my husband complained to the new eye doctor she was rude and told us it was all our falt and we took to long ( I thought she had to wear the 30 day trials and then return- she didn’t explain that til I came back a few months later AND they were closed for remodel when I went back) but she conveniently (once insurance couldn’t t pay anymore) she could order a script for the stronger eye contacts that she’d never done an eye exam for. She had told me that she couldn’t order the ones she wanted without doing an eye exam yet after the last appointment she then had receptionist call and let me know she wouldn’t be doing a follow up cause insurance won’t pay for another one but that I can go ahead and order the last pair of trials I picked up (even though she hadn’t done a follow up exam... hmmmm) so I didn’t go to the next exam bc the receptionist told me it was canceled yet she doctor then told my husband I was a no show! Never ever in 10 yrs have I had a problem with my oldest daughter or this ones prescriptions until this new doctor came in and I tried to do contacts. It’s been an under comunicated, screwed up wrong scripts and backward scripts nightmare and I won’t be back no way. They could’ve taken 5 minutes to explain how it will all work AND explain things to me not just call my daughter back and not communicate time frames or the process. If I emailed Dr Tavel the screenshot of the text my husband sent and the RUDE text we got back from the new doctor “Dawn” I’m sure he’d be appalled. I even called asking to speak to her to straighten out this entire mess that snowballed into this disaster and she refused my call and wouldn’t call me back.
My family and I have been going here for years. Love the staff they know us by name. Lol They always seem genuinely happy to see us. Love the hours and how they will work with your schedule. Awesome experience every time.
Great experience. Eye Dr very good and explains everything well, which is something nice. Girls did a great job!!
