If you go here DO NOT GO TO JAYNE RIBBLE! I saw her every week for 3 months. She is rude and very unprofessional. If you say something she doesnt like/agree, with she will make you feel like the worst person in the world for it. I told her from the beginning i refuse to take medication and at my last appointment before i stopped going she told me if i didn't take pills it was pointless for me to try to get better. One of my appointments she was a half hour late and during she wasted 15 minutes going in and out of the room looking for a battery for her clock. She refused to talk to me while she was doing this too. She asked me who my Dr. Was as a teenager (13-17)and when i told her i didn't like him, she told me i was wrong. She is a very very rude woman and made me worse! She brought up repressed memories and anytime i asked to talk about them she refused. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN!!!!!
Had appointments scheduled in advance. Got a reminder call for an appointment and found out that they had changed it without asking or even notifying me until the day before. I make special arrangements with work to make these trips out of town and now I'll be late to work so I can make sure my son gets the testing he needs. The woman I spoke with apologized but acted like it wasn't all that important and gave me no option but to come at the newly scheduled time. This has ruined that entire day for me, and my opinion of the service here has fallen drastically. If this happens again, I will not be returning. The only reason I didn't just cancel all future appointments is for my son, but I'll find somewhere else if this is the way we're going to be treated.
