Urgent means 2 to 3 hour wait when the waiting room is practically empty. So yes I will let my 1.5yr old who doesn't feel well pull all of your tissues out. You can't seriously expect a 1.5yr old to behave for almost 3 hours while people who came later than him were taken back. This is possibly the worst St. Vincent's facility I've ever had to go to. They need to acquire more efficient staff. From now on even if I am visiting family I will drive back to Indy then back up and still spend less time.
I Love this place...they are open 7 days a week and they are sweet people that work there. I seem to get a bad cold every spring and fall and they have always taken good care of me. Yes sometimes the wait is long but people must understand this is a walk in medical clinic open to the public rather than making appointments with your regular Doc.
Was having issues with my blood pressure and was not sure my machine was working properly. I am recovering from a stroke in March so dr's are trying to stabilize Meds. Asked for just a simple blood pressure check at 7:40pm and was promptly told they won't take anymore patients. Absolutely not excuse for treatment like this.
As with other reviewers, if I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely poor time management, very unprofessional, and utterly disappointing. I would never go by choice and was forced to go this time; I will never go again. The wait is ridiculous, and the treatment not worth the wait.
No smileing, and the nurse did not listen to what I said and jumped to her own conclusions
