I had technician check my ice maker twice second time had new parts added. And I'm still having the same problems that I did with the old parts. And I had to call and chedule another appointment. Just spending money and time. I think they are better off bringing a new fridge. I'm not satisfied at this time with their service.by the way the technician was not a pleasant person does not explain what he is doing and did not check to make sure the problem was fix. Before he left.
June the service tech come out and told me what the problem was with my LG wash machine, he said he would order part and they would be back June 22. He even talked me into getting the warranty for my appliance. Then June 21, i had not received the part. I called the part was on back order, the part is still on back order as of today. Luckily I got the part from sears part direct. an it was put on July 12. When the service guy come and put part on he charged me for the part that is still on back order as of today, and charge me full labor charges when he was just there to put the part on but he ran another diagnostic fee to charge me extra money, Trying to get the money back for the part is a joke, they keep giving you the run around it has been almost a month now trying to get parts money back. I will not call them again.
We were very pleased with the repairman. He did answer all of my questions and gave me a few pointers as well. He was very pleasant and on time. He worked on the dish washer this time.
Everything went well. After the parts arrived the technician came and installed them and then made sure everything worked properly before leaving.
The repairman was very nice and knowledgeable. Our frig was making and unusual noise that concerned us. The repairman diagnosed the problem as needing a new $250 part. The part was ordered and installed on a second visit. We still have the same noise and after spending over $400, nothing has been improved.
