I was told that the mower should have been started before I left the first time, which was not done either. Yes it did run before I left the second time.
i am am beyond unhappy. if they want to make it right adjust the bill
Highly disappointed in recent service North Central Outdoor Power provided for my father. Not only did they charge him more than twice what he was quoted for work they did not complete but also loosened the bolts on the blades after he complained about price. The first time he went to use the mower after their service (only a week ago) the blade almost fell off and one bolt was missing.

they sent a $120.00 bill I paid it in full on 07/03/2017 and picked my mower up the same day, (No itemized bill for these repairs)
I have meaning to write this review for a long time but the element of time does not allow . I want to Thank the souls at Out Door Power , a few years back I purchased A X caliber 66 in Cat Diesel from Brad and the folks there .I have not been disappointed once with this purchase . Mr and Mrs Zack at times stopped and help me get my mower going when I ran it out of fuel . At times I am not the brightest in the quiver . I have rarely had a issue with the X caliber . Mark the service manager and the guys in the back are ON TOP OF There game . My only complaint is that I should have bought two machines . Mrs Zack alway there for me for parts ,advice and just general questions . Very knowledgable ... Thank you so much .. took mower for repairs on 4/18/2017
took home and gas tank had a brown oily substance in bottom of gas tank I added fresh gas and mower failed to start. I took the mower back within the hour. Later the same day picked the mower up and needed to pay another $93.00 for repairs, a new coil and gas, they claimed I put bad gas in it and it did run when they repaired it. I feel cheated and lied to. I could have bought a new mower for less money so be forewarned.
