Life is 10% of what happens and 90% of how you react to it. A Culligan tech came out to sanitize and pressurize my 5 gallon RO tank. After he did it ,my RO started leaking. I was concerned because we need our drinking water! The manager, Eric, heard our concerns and drove to our home THAT DAY to insure we would have drinking water. A few days later, he sent a technician and replaced the lines. He heard us, responded charitably and fixed the problem. Unexpected things often happen with old models, but how we listen and respond to those concerns demonstrates the character of our business and the employees that make up that business.
