I normally don't leave reviews, but this one I felt inclined. Other cell phone companies are in a hurry to make quick commission and bug the customers. With this store, I don't feel rushed or obligated to buy anything on the spot. The employees are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! I am very impressed and would recommend it to anyone!
This location is run by Johnathan Fletcher and JR. They are one of the best reps you can work with. They're professional nice and very helpful. If you're looking for all of you wireless needs resolved. This is a great store to visit. The people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Ive gone in multiple times for both myself and friends and they never cease to make sure all our questions are answered and that everything we need is done. Other cellphone company employees in town come off as cold or rude, but the people at sprint are always friendly.
Great place to go, bought my S8+ through Sprint and have received great customer service and assistance consistently and professionally. After breaking the back of my device, they happily helped me in repairing it under warranty at a reasonable cost and even helped me choose a better case. Great place, great employees, 10/10 would break my phone again
