I spent 11 days at this Sam’s Club as a Sales Rep for the EuroCAST Cookware roadshow about six months ago. The managers and staff were prepared upon my arrival and extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the entire show. I witnessed their team provide excellent service to every member who came through the door. The store was always clean and organized, while the customers were very friendly, fun, energetic, and easy to interact with! The atmosphere at this Sam’s Club is an uplifting experience thanks to the staff, community, and shoppers!
Clean, Easy to locate stuff. Our main location is Lafayette, In. We were closer to this location today and stopped in there instead and we were pleased!
Love this store. The employees are friendly, the selection of products is good and the prices are good as well. Several of my weekly purchases are sold in bulk here so I get more for what I'm paying.
We were happy to have the excellent help loading the new grill. Please give Michael, in parts, a raise as he took apart just one piece to get it to slide right in! So pleasant even in the heat! Best service ever! 7/3/2017! Thank you!
The meat department is the most helpful and friendly in Kokomo. And the produce is good, too.
