I took in my Galaxy S7 edge (I'm writing this review late. This all happened a month or so ago) my charging port was broke. The repair store in the mall refused to work on my phone because of risk of breaking the screen when taking apart the phone. This was not a factor at iMechanic and they offered to fix my charging port for a great price and said they'd replace the screen if it broke during repair free of charge. It did break during repair and they gave me a whole new one as promised. Their charging port repair also worked. All of this was done in about 30minutes. Great service, great timing, and a great price. I will be coming back to this repair store for any future repairs I need with my phone and will recommend them to all my friends and family. 5/5 service

The owners throw employees under the bus at any chance they can get. The new owner, Brady is incompetent, he breaks phones during simple repairs such as battery replacements. I no longer work for them, two weeks after the new owner signed papers. Taylored PC'S does most of the same repairs for less money.
