Throughout the purchasing process, my experience was great! My salesman, Patrick, was awesome and incredibly helpful, as was the rest of the staff. However, the problems started the day after I picked up the car. I had the vehicle back there the very next day with coolant pouring out of the engine and the CD player not working. I also mentioned that I was told that my car had Bluetooth, but I couldn’t figure out how to set it up. They fixed the coolant issue (radiator cap wasn’t tightened) and the CD player, but told me that my car did NOT have Bluetooth as I was told it would and I could only get it if I wanted to pay another $2000.
