A few years ago we went there as they gave us the cheapest quote for a surgery for our cat. The price they have us was $800 for the surgery. However, afterwards they raised it to $1200 claiming they had to do more during the surgery. We obviously couldn't pay this as we only went with them because of the lower cost. They threatened to euthanize our cat if we refused to pay the additional fees for the surgery. We ended being forced to put it on credit in order to get our cat back.
