I have been very happy with Jefferson Road Animal Hospital. From the friendly ladies at the front desk to the great techs and, of course, the doctors who have cared for Biggs, it's obvious that everyone is concerned about both my little dog AND me -- even to give me very kindly delivered "tough love" talks that have benefited Biggs' health. I appreciate the emailed reminders, the ease of getting in to see the doctor, the professional follow-up, and the overall quality of this veterinary clinic. Highly recommend!
I really like being able to take my cat to a clinic designed just for her. It's a quiet, cozy area with friendly attendants. Jewel had dental surgery and everyone was so caring. Dr. Rigsby was professional but empathetic to me and my cat.
My dog recently had eye surgery at Jefferson Road. She loves all the people there and gets the best care. All the doctors show intense concern for the animals and treat my dog with a lot of respect and love.

Dr. Swart has been taking care of my puggle for 14 yrs. now and has gotten him through some very rough times. The vet techs are gentle and skillful.
