Purchased a hand bag from the Webb's Hallmark shop in Kokomo, IN. on 12/22/2017. It was a gift. I returned it withing 2 HOURS of it leaving the store and the sales person would not take it back even with a receipt in hand. This is completely against Hallmark's refund policy. It states that you can return an item for any reason within 90 days with a receipt. She refused to take the item back or even exchange it. I showed her the receipt. I paid cash for this item. She was rude. What is going on in that store?
