After about half an hour, he finally asked how he could help me. After explaining my situation to him, he started looking for a way to register my phone, but kept moving onto other customers for over an hour. He helped several people, wasting about 15-20 minutes which each of them because he just couldn't stop talking.
Nearly two hours in, I became so frustrated, I asked if I could just buy another one and leave. When he rang up the phone, he told me he was just throwing in a case for free. I was so angry for wasting so much of my time in this store, I just wanted to leave, so I didn't notice that he charged me $20 for a piece of crap case.
Have great customer service... offer bill pay and will do any and everything to make your visit amazing... go in and check this location out
I was stuck in this store for over TWO HOURS. I brought in a phone I bought off eBay that I wasn't able to register with Boost, hoping I could get some help with it. The kid at the register kept talking to the customer in front of me, much to the annoyance of both her and me.
