Went there to get him a bath, nails trimmed and ears cleaned, came back to a bleeding dog they cut through the vein in his nail, its been almost 30 minutes and hes still bleeding. If i wanted him to bleed everywhere i would have cut his nails myself. Never going back there and i do not recommend them anyone.
What I witnessed earlier this evening between an employee, big enough to put me through a wall, and another man left me extremely nervous.
I was always pleased with this store; prices are reasonable, a lot of pet food and treats made in the US, and knowledgeable employees.
I took my dog in for a bath, nail trim, and deshed. When I picked him up he was wet, shedding and not all the way clean. When I called and talked to the manager he was rude and blaming my dog for not cooperating.
We love how Cindy grooms our dog! She is great! Our issue is the young man at the register up front. He acts like he doesn’t want to be there! We tried to make an appointment today or this week and he just gave us excuses and would not look at us and just mumbled. He is hurting the grooming business at your place of business!
I have visited here multiple times and it's okay. They do have a variety of good dog food and treats but it just as easy to order it from Chewy and get it shipped to your door for free and at a cheaper cost. We have to drive an hour one way to get to this store so for us it isn't worth the drive. Also I have been disappointed my last two visits when I made purchases. They have merchandise displayed with the incorrect price. Upon arriving home from my visit I realized upon checking my receipt they have overcharged me again by $10.00 the first time it was $5.00 but still. For me this is just disappointing I drive a round trip of 2 hours just to visit and bring business to this small local store but I will not be returning. First time shame on me second time shame on them.
When I called the store about it I was hung up on.
