And, I thought good customer service was a thing of the past. These guys were awesome. Many (large) companies could learn from them! While I only placed a small order, they went out of their way to help me. I would have given Kokomo 10 stars if this were possible. I don't remember the name of the rep who helped me, but you should pay him more. :-)
Very disorganized organization. Extremely nice people however i puchased several pieces of glass as artwork, and had them shipped to me. It took them 6 weeks to package them and i received them all broken. Very disappointed as this was my souvenirs from visiting my daughter. Spent 3 months calling them with no response. Fed up!

I ordered off Kokomo website and none of the glass I recieved was close to the colors advertised. Most of the pieces were a muddy color that I will never use in my stain glass work.
