Oct. 2017, I purchased a new, Janome 500e embroidery machine from Guarantee Vac & Sew. I got a great deal. They were very friendly and took a lot of time, showing me all the basics, even before I layed out a dime. I had taken one class, but have called a couple of times with questions and always get great help and service.
I bought a sewing machine Janome Skyline 3s with problems. They would not return my money back. I ended up with a Janome Skyline 5s. It has problems as well. I am stuck with a machine with no chance of getting my money back.
