I'm leaving NO STARS!! (I had to select one in order to post) this is the most ABSOLUTE WORST finish line I've EVER set foot in, and will NEVER shop from again!! EXTREMELY unprofessional, understaffed, and just all around RUDE employees.
P.s. the employees at finish line could learn something from the employees at foot locker-
When you hire an associate, I suggest ABOVE ALL; training them in customer service. #1. When an associate is busy with another customer or other responsibilities, they should ALWAYS acknowledge the customer, inform the customer they will be with them momentarily. NEVER leave it to the customer to address the employee (especially when the customers blown off were waiting 10 min. With absolutely no acknowledgment and a couple just walk through the door were greeted ahead) even when brought to the employees attention, he still served the 2nd customer first. The service we received was then short and extremely unfriendly. I will continue to take my business to Muncie. The staff are OUTSTANDING! PROFESSIONAL, and by far the greatest service I've EVER received. We have 7 children and spend quite often at finish line. Kokomo finish line has lost my business indefinitely!!!!
