So I ordered shoes on Oct 9 because they did not have my size. A week later I called to see where they were. They didn't know. Said they would call me back, no call. Next day I went into the store to see if they had found out anything. No they had not, would call me, no call.
A week later I called to find out they were back ordered till Feb. Nobody called to tell me this, meanwhile they had taken the money out of my account on Oct. 9th. Incompetent to say the least.
