I've stayed at this Hotel previously. The room unfortunately smelled like smoke and I found myself having congestion during the night and morning. I've heard the same complaint from other people who stayed there as a result of off-base lodging during their military duty at Grissom ARB.
Dirt, the mattress was very uncomfortable and just plain wore out. Very noisy and not in a desirable location, the breakfast was about the only good part.
Complaints range from cleanliness of room, bed, common area, and more notably as stated before the smell and air quality of the room.

Arrived to our room and our door was open no one was in their, however it looked like someone sat on the bed. I pulled the sheets over and the sheets looked like they was just made up and not changed. I requested new sheet and made the bed myself, while pulling the covers all the way off it looked like a man shaved his beard over the bed. The bathroom and tub was dirty I had to go buy cleaning supplies before we took a shower. Was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The front desk was not friendly and the waffle mix was watered down do you could make waffles. For the price I paid I would have expected better.
This is a nice Hotel. It is Clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. We asked for a Good Local Place to Eat and The recommendation was spot on. My only complaint was the lack of Green Space to walk my Service Dog so he could relieve himself. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
The staff is friendly, but hopefully management could improve the room quality and conditions.
