Desk assistant very nice. Check in was easy and simple. Bathroom is dirty and has hair all over. Tub has hair inside. Sheets and pillowcases have stains. Does have a flat screen with cable. Not the best in area. Not sure if not the worst. Definitely could use better maid service.
Overall everything was good and I didn't have any complaints. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean. The only confusing thing was getting to my room. They told me to pull around to the back and park there because my room was in the back. They didn't tell me there were 2 doors and I parked by the wrong one so I was far away from my room.
Clean rooms and great customer service. We had a Birthday party and was a great time.
We came up here to relax and have fun in Kokomo! Great room price our room was very clean. The lobby and breakfast are is large everything clean. Pool is warm! Staff and housekeeping nice. Would of enjoyed a thicker blanket on our bed. It's convenient location to everything.
Had problems with the hot water and heater. Was a very cold stay. Lady at the counter appologgized and wished us a merry Christmas. Refused any compensation for the issues. Recommend spending your money at a different business.
