Stole money from me. Terrible ethics. Front line people are friendly, however, this bank steals from people. I fought them. Got my money back but how many others who don't know how to stand up for themselves are getting ripped off? Shame on region's. There is a place in hell for businessmen who could care less.
The customer service is always good there, however as a 9 to 5er who works out of town its impossible to get to the bank without taking time off of work. Why don't you guys have Saturday hours like 8 to noon like a lot of banks?
