When I called to ask for a refund on the winshield I was told and I quote "If you can get Four Winns to reimburse us then we will reimburse you for the cost of the winshield as it was a non-returnable item"
Do not do business here.
Very busy only had a few min to get questions answered hardly got 1 or 2 of them answered
I am pleased with their quick and accurate service for our boat. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of work our boat required. They have a large inventory of boating accessories and even many hard to find items for boating. I've been to other boat dealers and I'd have to say this one was and is the most helpful place to visit. Thanks for the great service hopefully we will be issue free for another season. Nate
i had a bad experience here but the guys here made it right and now my 1978 15 hp runs like a new motor these guys are great at what they do i will go back thanks to everyone there

I purchased a winshield from Kokomo Marine in Nov. 2010 paid in full. After over a year of waiting for a winshield it finally came in and it was not the correct winshield for my boat. Kokomo marine had already removed by broken winshield and now had to reinstall it to make my boat useable. (The trim piece was broke off the passenger side which was the reason for replacement) I paid in full for that as well.
The correct item was never ordered!!!!! And thats my fault?
My husband has always had Ray work in all his boats! Now his son Dale runs the place and we would Nvr go anywhere else! Always get amazing service and there customer service is 100%
Now here we are almost three years later, no winshield, no follow up calls, nothing.
