the mainw ater shut off rotted out for the piss poor water qualtity. my water heater broke and needed replaced. i asked them to fix the shut off. so 3 weeks later they cut my water lines to add a shut off as they were too cheap to replace their own rusted lines. there has been a shooting out here. they demand you get things resolved that will take 1 to 2 weeks in 24 hours notice. they do not return phone calls. there is never anyone in the office. this is not a happy community. do not believe what the owner says. the rent is too high and all the lots are empty. youre wrong if you think people here are happy
