French fries could be fresher. But everything else was great
I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious sandwiches and courteous service I received. I found it well worth the drive and am actually going back today!
I had a double cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, fries and drink.....ON THE $5 MENU! Enough for lunch the next day, great value meal. I switched my buns for the fresh baked ones because I'm addicted to them. I love that they're one of the few places left that actually flame broil their burgers. The jalapeño poppers and apple pies are delicious as well.
The onion rings were cold and chewy. The mushroom and Swiss was dry. The chocolate chip cookie was not to bad.
Love their food. The wait times are generally short. This also doubles as a truck stop for weary travelers needing a rest.
