Hadn't been to DQ in years, but went today and I waited almost 20 mins for a hot fudge sundae. Was very disappointed. Usually they are great, but I was a kid then when the service was much better.
Good Dairy Queen location. The staff are friendly however sometimes the service is slow, which is to be expected. They have booth seating inside so you can sit and enjoy your meal or ice cream.
Filthy kitchen, too many kids working there. Ended up with food poisoning. Called the restaurant spoke to two “managers” after a good laugh they game me some corporate number. NEVER AGAIN.
They are always friendly and quick. You never have to wait long for your order.
Every time I go in, there is a hoard of loud teenagers behind the counter. They are not ready to help, in fact they will look at you several times walk past you and say nothing until you have been standing for several silent minutes. This makes customers feel like they are not important. The real reason I am reviewing this location today is because of an incident I witnessed. A pregnant woman was patiently waiting fir her dessert and the young lady serving her was in a great hurry. When she went to serve the woman her two desserts she thrust the drinks at the pregnant woman and dropped them before the woman had a chance to actually grab them. She managed to catch one but the other fell to the ground and splattered all over the woman, the floor and several other customers. I was astounded, but I was outraged when the woman and a couple of young customers started to clean up the mess while the staff went on in indifferent silence. No appologies. No help. Just rude children haphazardly throwing together frozen desserts.
