Probably 20- 30 games total and maybe 10 don't work, the ones that do work don't give tickets (if they're supposed to). There's 3 ticket machines, only 2 work. I consulted an employee the first 2 games, after one didn't give tickets and one took my kids "tokens" off the card but wouldn't play. After 2 games not working how they should, felt a little pointless to keep having to go to them, for them to maintain their machines. I'd suggest a nightly check of all machines for them to be filled with tickets. Some of the same games are broke consistently, I live out of town and kokomo is closest chuck e cheese, and nearly every time I go the same games are broke. It's false advertisement, I'm convinced the broke games are kept to make the place appear fuller with games.
Had my daughters party there tonight. Kids had a blast. Our hostess was very nice and helpful. All staff was friendly. All machines were working. Only thing is chucke could have been a little more enthusiastic.
Great visit to chuck e cheese with my 2 grandson's, the only problem we had was feeding our tickets into the ticket machine.
So much nicer than the Indy location. The stuffed crust pizza was delicious and all the games worked!
It's pretty good, I like the food and games but, some kids don't like it when their parents force them to go meet Chuck E. because instead they'd rather eat and play games.
