Very good food at Choo Choo Magoo's. Everything fixed perfect. Great service, great food. We will definitely go back again.
Choo Choo McGoos has a great environment with friendly staff. They have great options on their menu and they have several specials that change daily. I went on a day that was fairly busy yet my food came out very quickly! I have went to Choo Choo's several times and the quality of food has always been on point. It is very easy to appreciate the open and warm atmosphere that features many local artifacts. If you're just looking for a quick bite or want to have a long conversation over a good, local, Indiana meal, Choo Choo McGoos is the place to go!
Really good food and nice people. Good mix of styles. Tenderloin as thick as most pork chops was delicious and fried green tomatoes for a little southern flare. Really do yourself a favor and check this place out. I'm glad we did. Will be stopping when we come through kokomo again
My mom and I are from Lafayette and like to try local restaurants in towns we visit. I looked this up online and we were so excited to go! We walked in behind a group of three and sat ourselves. We were not helped the entire time we were there, no acknowledgement or anything. The group that walked in before us had their drinks and the orders in. My mom and I stayed in the restaurant 30 minutes before getting up leaving. The food looked amazing but I will never go there again. If they would have least came over and gave us menus we would have stayed.
Nice small family style restaurant, friendly staff. Even the bathroom made me think of my grandma's old house. Forgot the name of the man that sells the fresh baked bread but he knows his stuff! He can tell you about every loaf in there. He's really nice to talk to.
