Overpriced. Maint rig there fixes
Good place to stay. Apartment is bit old but peaceful stay in Kokomo. Recently upgraded the windows and heater furnaces and AC.
These are definitely worth the price!
They have so many new renovations- new windows, new sliding doors, new furnaces, new ACs.
The staff and maintenance are AMAZING. Very courteous, kind, and helpful.
If they are updating the place, that is great! When we lived there, we liked that it was close to all the stores, etc. In a quiet neighborhood, but our apt had an old furnace, kitchen, baths, windows and door that leaked when it rained. We had nice neighbors and the staff was nice.
My family and I love it here.
