We lived at Walnut Creek for 6 months and did a short term lease option which was one of the only places that would accommodate that situation. My husband and I were very pleased with the apartment. We felt safe and it was quiet for the most part. I loved the parking being available on either side of the building and it helped having our car right outside our back door to bring groceries in! The residents are very friendly and the staff is great. I appreciated the walks being clean very early in the morning during the winter - helped me get up and on my way to work easier. I would highly recommend WC for future apartment dwellers in Kokomo!
When we found the apartment Tami at the leasing office went out of her way to help us. We were moving from out of state and she went above and beyond to have the apartment ready in time for us to move in. She has made this entire process so easy. We will be transferring into a town home shortly with her and the managers stellar help.
The maintenance staff is on-point, we had a few things that needed done and they've always completed our requests promptly and without incident.
Great apartments, wonderful amenities including a full gym with workout equipment, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, indoor racquetball/volleyball courts, tanning bed, computer access if needed with free wifi, outdoor tennis/basketball courts, playground for the kids, FREE breakfast in the mornings through the week! I love living here and Im about to move into a town home, I love having the ability to have my dog which is a boxer thats dear to me. The office staff are very friendly and show up immediately for any maintenance issues, the area is quiet and convenient to every great restaurant in the town. I said I wouldnt ever live in an apartment but this place is awesome!
This is the first apartment I've ever lived in and it is fantastic! I owned a home in a different state and when we moved to Indiana I wanted to try an apartment because I was tired of the constant upkeep and maintenance of home ownership. I have NOT been disappointed! Tami took care of us when we first applied and has been nothing short of amazing any time we have had a question or issue. The maintenance staff is prompt, professional and does a great job. Highly recommend living here if you can't or don't want to own a home.
I've never been a fan of apartment living, but the staff here at Walnut Creek has been nothing, but amazing. We have had some noise issues with the young college girls downstairs, but that's not a reflection of the apartment community or the apartments themselves.
I'd definitely recommend moving here!
The complex is a bit older so it's not as modernized as some other places, but it's clean, well maintained and everything we need. There's even a pet run for our dogs, did I mention how reasonable their pet fees were? If not, they were the lowest in the area and from what I can tell they are the nicest in our area.
