I dealt with Rae up at the hardie group and she was easy to work with and very professional. She did an amazing job on finding my house for me. I recommend them to everyone I talk to who is looking for a home.
I would not recommend this company to buy a home from even if you have your own realtor. I just bought a house they had listed it was nothing but trouble on there end. They also sold my son a house 2 years ago same issues. Apparently if you and the seller agree on repairs they make you think there done at the closing but surprise there not! You won't find out until you move in and at that point there is nothing you can do. Even if it was in the purchase agreement. Thing is it will cost you more to go to court then the repairs and they know this.
