Everyone I've had to deal with here has been great!
Absolute pleasant experience every visit. I ship out packages daily and have never been disappointed. According to past reviews, this Post Office has a bad reputation, but I haven't had a single bad experience. 400+ visits easily. Not a single problem.
I watched my mailman (on W Sycamore) drop my package as he was starting to cross the street. Instead of picking it up he kicked the package all the way to my house. I'm so insulted. He had no idea what was in it nor did he seem to care.
Why is it that no one answers at either Kokomo post office? Been trying for hours to call and the Sycamore office just rings forever, while the Webster office gives a tone like the phone is off the hook, a fast busy signal. Thanks for the help USPS!!!!
