This company has another google plus page but I'm assuming created this one because the other only has negative reviews. I was one of those reviewers, and I did indeed berate them for one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I called in to speak with someone about their selection of digital pianos and was treated rudely and dismissively. I was literally hung up on twice while asking questions about their pianos. It seems that because my budget wasn't high enough that I was just wasting their time. When I asked about the more expensive pianos they did have I was told "We don't give out models over the phone." What? It's a secret? Or are you just trying to get me into the store to sell me something before I have time to research it, because that's certainly what it felt like. I will gladly travel to Indy for my piano needs to not have to deal with these people. Other reviewers were treated exactly the same way as you can see on their other google plus page.
