They lied about giving me a “memebership card” and insisted it was free. Well guess what, it’s not and it’s $11.99 a month. I also was told they would take a percentage off my first purchase with getting the memebership Card. Guess what? They didn’t, I paid full price. Then they wanted to sign me up for a “one time subscription” to a magazine that was free. Guess what? It’s not free and it’s not a “one time thing.” I used to love this store. Can’t call to get everything taken care of until they open, believe me they will be hearing about it. This is fraud and quite frankly, a disgusting way of scamming people out of their money.
