Pizza is spectacular! Really clean with a nice atmosphere. Good specials and the staff is well trained. Neosha the manager gets mad perks for her ability to handel 'situations' with class and style
Excellent service. I was asked by nearly every employee if I needed anything every time one passed by. The pizza came out quickly and the buffet was fully stocked the entire time I was there.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Spent $50 on pizza, wings, and breadsticks for my family and inlaws. For the wings to have hardly any sauce, gave us the wrong sauce for the breadsticks, that we were charged extra for, and one of the 4 pizzas had half of the toppings missing. Not only would they NOT fix the problem, but had the nerve to be rude to me when i called. Thats after they hung up on me when i called the first time, then put me on hold for almost 15 mins. Just to be told that it was my fault they messed up. Save yourself the hassle, and order from any other pizza hut in town. Better yet papa johns, even dominos would have fixed the situation, hell they could have came and got it all back if they didnt believe me. Ruined my families dinner. Never again thanks for nothing. The only reason they even get 1 star, is i had to give them atleast that in order to post this. Looks like they are in need of managers, who know what they are doing and arent rude to the people, who spend there hard earned money with them so they can have a paycheck. I never complain about a restaurant, even if they mess up my food, but the being rude and blaming my family because they messed up is unacceptable.
Buffet did not have plates when needed. Variety of pizza was lacking. It had been much improved now. 9/23/17
I order online deliveries atleast every other week. My daughter and I were invited here today to help celebrate her friend's birthday. The dining area was very clean and the pizza and salad bar was just what the doctor ordered. Thanks Pizza Hut for always going far and beyond my expectations.
