my review is the need be shut down with rhino service. rhino's drivers dont care to help there disabilied riders they want sit on there personal cell phone and talk. The also ignore there disabilied riders dont want to help give them directions to get them on the bus/van. they rather talk on there phones and the office doesnt care what happens. RHINO CAB SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
