Only him and his wife work in the office my case was not well cared for at all. He did not do his homework on my case and was unprepared for court, did not question my witnesses nor knew what to ask the opposings side witnesses . He did not file paperwork properly and let his arrogance get in the way saying the courts are wrong he filed instead of looking into my file n seeing no seal stamped. I asked him to file a stay n that didnt happen either. I asked for a bonding assessment n that didnt happen, the court asked for a homestudy n the best he could tell me for not securing one was that he couldnt find one he trusted so that never happened. I lost my case. My fosterdaughters life will always be a concern to me. I had come to him with great concerns for my Fd that were never heard in the courts but the lies n half truths were at the visit hearing because as I said he did not prepare, therefore dcs n the transporter was able to be less than honest. I would never hire him for anything.
